Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Almighty Allah (SWT), we already finished 50% of our construction work. Our BAIC construction project was estimated approximately $2.5 million. We need Immediately $1.3 Million to finish remaining construction works as follows:

Our current and future Activities are as follows:

Summer Islamic School

Besides the offering of regular worshipping, the center runs weekend and summer Islamic school for children and conducts adult Islamic teaching right after Magrib salah on regular basis.

BAIC, Inc. also carries out funerals and process of Janajah for the deceased of our community. As we know the Muslim community is growing rapidly in this borough and the community needs a better and larger place for the organization.

Everyday Masjid Activities

Masjid will offer daily five times Salah , Jummah prayer, two Eid prayers, Taraweeh prayer during the holy month of Ramadan, and serves Iftar and Dinner in the Masjid for the fasting brothers and sisters in the month of Ramadan.

Special prayers such as Doa (supplication), remembrance of Allah (SWT) through Zikr , everyday hadith reading and occasional lectures by Islamic scholars ( Waj Mahfil ) are among additional religious activities in the Masjid.

A fulltime School and Madrasa

We will run a fulltime School/Madrasa to give the children proper Islamic education and knowledge. The school will have strictly separate classrooms for boys and girls. Our full-time Islamic Madrasah will train the students to recite the Qur’an following all the Tajweed rules.

Our teacher will explain students about Tajweed from the book of Qa’ida, which contains the rules for memorization and allow them to be able to recite the entire Qur’an with the proper consistency, accent, and intonation.

Hifz-e-Quran

Insah-Allah, we will serve the young children of our community to memorize the Glorious Qur’an (Tahfeez-ul-Qur’an) under the supervision of talented and experienced Hafiz Al-Qur’an teachers.

Our experienced teachers will take all the necessary measures to make sure that the student completes the Glorious Qur’an following the proper rules of Tajweed and intonation.

Funeral Services

We will provide funeral and burial services for deceased Muslims in our region. The funeral services include bathing and preparation of the body for funeral.

Nikah Center, Youth and Adult Learning Center

We will also perform (Nikkah) ceremonies in our Center facility. The Imam of the Masjid is under process to obtain a valid legal marriage license from the authority to conduct Nikkah ceremonies according to Islamic laws.

Besides, We will have a Library for all aged students and adults for acquiring Islamic knowledge as well as regular library and research books.

BAIC Weekly/Monthly Events

Baitul Aman Islamic Center, Inc. conducts weekly programs that helps our community to build. We also have monthly programs and yearly programs such as Ramadan, Eid etc. Please click following link to view program in details.

Baitul Aman Islamic Center, a lively Islamic and Community Institution located in Bronx, New York. It has been serving the local muslim community since 1994. It conducts five times daily Salat and weekly Jummah prayers including two large Eid Salah every year.

This center provides weekend and summer Islamic School for children and also conducts adult Islamic teaching after Magrib Salah. The Center also carries out Funerals and the process of Janajah for the community.

As you know the Muslim community is growing fast and swiftly in this borough. As such, the demand for a larger place for this organization is also warranted.
